Amy serves as the Murray Center's Intake Coordinator and Director of Patient Experience. For many families, she is the very first person they meet, and she sets the tone for everything that follows. From your first phone call, Amy takes the time to listen carefully, understand your concerns, and help you navigate what can often feel like an overwhelming process. Her goal is simple: to make sure you feel heard, supported, and confident that you've come to the right place.

Amy earned her degree in Elementary Education from Michigan State University and spent nine years as a classroom teacher before starting her family. Her background in education, combined with years of experience in communication, event planning, and community engagement, gives her a unique ability to connect with families, understand children's needs, and guide people through unfamiliar situations with patience and clarity.

Whether you are calling about therapy, testing, medication management, tutoring, or simply trying to figure out where to begin, Amy will help you understand what to expect during your first appointment, recommend the providers and services that best fit your needs, and answer every question along the way. She takes the time to learn about you, your child, and your family's story so that our clinical team can begin your care with a clear understanding of what matters most to you.

Amy's involvement doesn't end after your first appointment. She follows up with new patients during their first several visits to ensure we've earned your trust, matched you with the right provider, and are delivering the level of care you deserve. If something isn't quite right, she wants to know. If you've had a wonderful experience, she wants to hear that too. Her commitment is to making sure every patient feels respected, valued, and genuinely cared for.
