Being a Therapist At the Murray Center
We’re hiring therapists.
Specifically, the “house plant” variety.
Not in a sad, forgotten-in-the-corner way. More like… surprisingly resilient, low-drama, adapts well, and somehow still thriving even when the environment gets a little unpredictable.
Here’s what we mean:
This space isn’t about the therapist. It’s for patients to do their work, and we’re looking for clinicians who are steady enough to hold that without needing the spotlight. Warm, grounded, emotionally durable people who can sit with hard things and not make it weird.
If you’ve ever thought, “I can be calm, present, and effective without turning every session into a performance,” you’ll fit right in.
The vibe here is genuinely supportive, collaborative, and (dare we say) fun. We like each other, we respect each other’s work, and we take what we do seriously without taking ourselves too seriously.
We’ve built something we’re proud of, and yes, we’re very good at what we do. Which means we’re thoughtful about who we bring in.
So if you’re a skilled therapist who can bring both competence and good energy, we’d love to hear from you.
Bonus points if you’ve ever kept a plant alive for more than a year. Not required. Just telling.
