Elle Flynn, LPC

Elle Flynn is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Michigan and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She provides therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Elle has specialized experience supporting teens and young adults as they navigate academic stress, identity development, and relationship concerns.

Elle earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from DePaul University and holds licenses in both Michigan and Illinois. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based strategies in her work with clients. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented.

Elle has a strong background in both school-based counseling and outpatient therapy. She has experience working with clients ages 12 and up. She also has expertise in college and career counseling, executive functioning, and emotion regulation.
